SOFTSWISS celebrated 15 years of active operations on July 21. In 2024, the company solidified its status as the largest software solutions provider for the iGaming industry. On the anniversary, the team recalled the key milestones of the company’s development, many of which were revolutionary for the iGaming sphere.

  1. In 2013, SOFTSWISS was the first to offer a crypto payment processing solution, initiating the integration of digital assets into the iGaming industry. As of 2024, the development of crypto payments is a long-term trend that has a significant impact on the dynamics of online gambling.
  2. Almost nine years ago, SOFTSWISS launched the Game Aggregator service, which, by 2024, gathered the biggest gaming portfolio in the industry, including more than 23,500 projects. The service is used on the platforms of over a thousand iGaming brands.
  3. A comprehensive ecosystem for the creation of iGaming projects of any scale from scratch allows SOFTSWISS to achieve 91–93% customer satisfaction, which was confirmed in a study conducted by the Kantar marketing agency.
  4. The SOFTWISS brand became a pioneer in comprehensive research of various spheres of the iGaming industry, eventually establishing itself as one of the largest industry experts. Over the last three years, more than 20 industry reports were published. In 2024, such documents were already downloaded over 3,000 times.
  5. Marketing activities turned SOFTSWISS into one of the most recognizable brands in the iGaming industry. It was also recognized as the best in the industry in 2022 and 2023, twice winning the EGR M&I Awards in the B2B Marketing Campaign category.
  6. The company is actively developing various responsible gaming solutions. Successes in this area were also recognized with the prestigious international SiGMA Africa Awards in the Responsible Gaming category.
  7. The social initiatives of SOFTSWISS received special mention, the most outstanding of which was the assistance to the inhabitants of Brazil, which a severe flood hit in 2024.
