The Nationwide Securities Fee of Argentina (CNV) established a brand new regulatory framework for digital asset service suppliers (Proveedores de Servicios de Activos Virtuales, or PSAV) aimed toward guaranteeing transparency, monetary stability, and crypto consumer safety.
